CMS UK is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Paralegal or experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our Legal Services Unit in Manchester or Sheffield on a 9 month fixed term contract.
The role focuses on supporting an energy and utilities client with documenting land rights in Scotland and England via servitudes and easements, managing your own caseload, taking client instructions and negotiating deeds through to completion.
