Gas Engineer – Emergency Repairs & Voids (Housing)

Construction Resources is seeking a Gas Engineer in Oldbury to join a property services team delivering servicing, breakdowns and repairs across housing maintenance programmes, including work in occupied homes and void properties.

You will perform gas safety checks, respond to emergencies, and support void property works while maintaining high safety and quality standards. CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1 qualifications are required; G3 and LPG/Oil/ASHP are desirable.
