Night Shift Supervisor – Gaming & Customer Excellence

MERKUR Slots UK Ltd in Maidstone is seeking a Night Supervisor to lead the venue during the night shift, overseeing operations, staff and guest experience. The role is 40 hours per week with a rate of £13.53–£14.53 per hour, including a dedicated night premium from 23:00 to 06:00.

You will mentor team members, drive customer service excellence, ensure standards and safety procedures, and maximise revenue opportunities while promoting safeguarding and a positive working environment.
