Children’s Social Care Triage Advisor (Part-Time)

Bath and North East Somerset Council is recruiting a part-time Referral and Information Assistant to support the Children’s Social Care Triage Team, covering Mondays and Fridays. The role involves making swift initial judgments on requests for service and signposting to the right services.

We seek applicants with excellent communication and IT skills, who can stay calm under pressure, handle confidential information, and adapt to a busy team. Training and supervision are provided.
