AI Outcomes & Automation Consultant for Public Services

Ofgem is seeking an AI & Automation Outcomes Consultant to work across government-style digital delivery and modernisation projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify where AI and automation deliver measurable benefits and translate business challenges into practical AI solutions.

You will support projects from early discovery through to deployment, coach teams on operationalising AI, and help shape governance and risk considerations while applying agile, iterative delivery
