Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead – Hybrid & Senior Hires

Ibstock is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across UK sites, functions and levels. You will report to the Head of Talent and Capability Development and deliver a clear 1–3 year recruitment roadmap, strengthening direct sourcing and reducing agency dependency.

You will own senior and specialist appointments and manage a Talent Acquisition Specialist, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on delivery in a hybrid working environment.
