Year Group Pastoral Lead — Inspire & Support Students

Hodge Hill Girls’ School in Birmingham is seeking an enthusiastic Head of Year to provide strong pastoral leadership and oversee welfare, attendance and pupil development for a year group.

The post is a one-year fixed-term contract (36.50 hours per week, term time only plus two weeks) starting ASAP, with a focus on safeguarding and collaboration with staff, parents and carers to raise aspirations and outcomes for every girl.
