Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a Part-time, fixed term Counter Manager for our M&S Camberley counter. You will lead Brow and Beauty Experts, deliver top-notch customer experiences, and drive sales through service excellence and strategic events.

You’ll manage Brow services, coach the team, and contribute to store growth while ensuring counters remain stocked, organized and aligned with brand standards. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.
