P3 Charity is seeking a compassionate Youth Support Worker to join our team. You will provide 24-hour support to young people aged 16–18, helping develop independent living skills and working with partner agencies to tailor safety and support plans.
You will manage rent accounts, lead weekly key-work sessions, monitor room and building safety, and maintain a trauma-informed, values-driven service. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required; enhanced DBS is mandatory.
