A well-established Top 500 central London law firm is seeking to appoint a Head of Conveyancing (10 Years PQE+) to lead its residential property department.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional looking to take ownership of an established department with significant growth potential.

The Role

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload while overseeing the department’s continued growth and development, and play a key role in the firm’s future expansion plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ PQE
• Strong experience handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is desirable but not essential.
• Commercially minded with an interest in developing and growing a department.
• Strong client care and relationship management skills.
• Ideally experience in managing a Residential Department.
