Senior Care Assistant & Team Leader (Care Home)

Silvercrest is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead care within Morgana Court & Lodge. You will support the Care Manager, supervise staff, and deliver hands-on resident care with a person-centred approach.

The role offers training, development, and a pathway to CHAP training, with a supportive team in a Welsh care home network. Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential.
