Lead Engineer – Enterprise Hosting & Cloud

Rackspace Technology is seeking a Lead Engineer to act as the primary technical liaison for a dedicated customer base hosting critical websites. You will provide hands-on support for complex issues, consult on architecture, and help customers plan growth with new technologies.

You will coordinate routine and non-routine services, develop technical docs, and mentor junior staff while striving for exceptional customer outcomes and a high Net Promoter Score.
