Property Manager, IMR – Hybrid Role in London

L&Q is seeking an experienced Property Manager for the Intermediate Market Rent portfolio in London. You will manage a diverse set of IMR homes, ensuring excellent resident experiences and contributing to the portfolio’s growth and asset performance.

Responsibilities include tenancy management, rent reviews, tenancy renewals, and maintaining compliance across the portfolio. Regular travel within London/M25 and a driving licence are required to support site coverage and stakeholder engagement.
