Security-Cleared Building Services Manager – Live Project

Salter Grange Limited is recruiting for an experienced Building Services Manager to lead MEP delivery on a major secure-sector project in the North West. The role is 50% site-based and 50% office-based in Liverpool, with full ownership of installation, commissioning and handover.

You will manage MEP subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety and project standards, and work closely with the project team, clients and stakeholders in a highly regulated environment. EL1/SC clearance is essential.
