Senior Building Services Manager – M&E, End-to-End Delivery

Kier Group in Waterbeach, Cambridge is seeking a Building Services Manager to lead M&E delivery across multiple projects. You’ll provide technical guidance from tender through to handover, coordinating with design teams and site teams to drive quality and efficiency.

The role requires strong M&E knowledge, a relevant degree, SMSTS/CSCS, and a proven track record with main contracting.
