Resident Liaison Officer — Expert Tenant Communications

RG Setsquare’s client is seeking a reliable Resident Liaison Officer to support Facilities Management and planned works across Rochdale, Oldham and Middleton. You will act as the main point of contact between residents, clients and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

The role requires excellent communication, strong administrative skills and the ability to manage appointments, update residents and resolve queries.
