Parish Rector: Growth & Community Leader for Whitfield

The Church of England in Kent seeks a prayerful, collaborative priest to lead a growing parish of six churches near Dover and Whitfield. You will work with schools, lay ministers and communities to foster mission and sustainable ministry across the Dover Rural Mission Area.

We are looking for someone with a deep faith in Jesus, who can inspire others, develop lay ministry, and engage a rapidly expanding population while balancing pastoral care with a missionary outlook.
