Integrated Social Worker – Community Impact & Innovation

Bridgend County Borough Council is recruiting a creative Social Worker to join our Integrated Community Network Teams on a permanent part-time basis. You will work with adults, carers and families to assess needs and meet outcomes, in partnership with GPs, local partners and third sector colleagues.

We offer a strengths-based, outcome-focused approach, a hybrid working framework, and opportunities for professional development. Welsh language ability is a requirement for this post.
