Plant Manager – Energy Recovery & P&L Leader

Veolia on the Isle of Wight is seeking a senior operations leader to drive performance across Energy Recovery and related facilities. You will manage P&L, budgets and safety compliance while coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality contracts.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, proven management experience in continuous processing, strong leadership and negotiating skills, plus solid health, safety and environmental knowledge.
