Mortgage Underwriting Leader – Strategy & Growth (Hybrid)

The Nottingham Building Society is recruiting for a Head of Mortgage Underwriting at our Head Office in Nottingham. The role is permanent, full-time, with hybrid working (minimum two days on site per week).

You will shape strategy for origination and underwriting, lead and coach teams, ensure prudent lending standards, and drive continuous improvement across mortgage journeys while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong governance.
