Mortgage Underwriting Director — Strategy & Growth

The Nottingham Building Society is seeking a Head of Mortgage Underwriting at Head Office in Nottingham. The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours) with hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week) and a competitive salary plus car allowance.

You will shape the mortgage origination and underwriting strategy, lead high-performing teams, maintain robust underwriting standards and drive continuous improvement across mortgage journeys.
