EMEA Integration Program Lead

BD is seeking an experienced PMO/Transformation professional to lead integration planning and execution across EMEA. You will manage multi-country, cross-functional workstreams, drive TSA exit readiness, and ensure milestones, owners and dependencies are aligned with TSA exit dates.

The role requires strong governance design, risk management and executive reporting skills, with travel across EMEA and to the USA as needed. Fluency in English is essential.
