National School Swimming Programme Lead

Swim Wales is seeking a Programme Manager (Nofio Ysgol) to lead a four-year national school swimming and water safety initiative. The role focuses on planning, governance, and delivery across Wales, in partnership with Welsh Government and local authorities.

You will oversee budgets, monitoring, and performance reporting while driving inclusivity and safeguarding across all activities and stakeholders involved in the programme.
