Operational Support Desk Specialist

South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Call Handler to be the first point of contact on the Operational Support Desk. You will answer calls and emails from frontline colleagues and internal departments, logging requests clearly for action by the team.

Working alongside OSD Logistics Coordinators, you will handle vehicle and equipment defect reports and other fleet-related concerns, delivering professional and calm service in line with NHS values.
