Graduate Engineering Geologist Permanent role £30,000 Leeds Multidisciplinary Consultancy – Rail Division

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the preparation of desk studies, interpretative reports, and geotechnical deliverables under supervision
• Contribute to the development of ground models, geotechnical assessments, and design solutions
• Support technical problem-solving activities and provide design input
• Apply geological and geotechnical engineering principles to support integrated engineering designs
• Assist with the supervision and coordination of ground investigation works
• Engage with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to support successful project delivery

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Geology or a related discipline
• Masters in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering or a related discipline (desirable)
• Min 1 year of industry experience (rail / geotechnical)
• Strong understanding of geology, ground investigation methods, and geotechnical engineering principles
• A full UK driving license.
