The Role
This is a rare opportunity for a talented Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate who is looking to be a senior figure within a well-respected and highly-ranked practice, to be based in Manchester.
You will work on a wide range of matters from JCT’s to advising with a diverse range of clients including developers, contractors, architects, and consultants, helping them navigate complex construction projects. You will also have a hand in advising pre-litigation in regards to contractual aspects of the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow the non-contentious construction practice within the firm
- Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of non-contentious construction law, including contract negotiation, procurement, risk management, and project delivery
