Part-Time Facilities Technician – East London Housing

Pertemps London is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Stratford for a part-time, temporary role. The position involves 15 hours per week (2 days) from 9am to 5pm, paid £16.92 per hour under PAYE, in a student accommodation setting in East London.

You will perform reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance, including fire alarm testing, lift inspections and plant room checks to keep the site safe and habitable.
