Quantity Surveyors – Contract Opportunities | 2 Positions Available

I’m currently recruiting for 2 experienced Quantity Surveyors to join an established organisation on an initial 12-month contract, with the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of projects.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially focused QS who enjoys taking ownership of projects and working closely with operational and delivery teams.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for the commercial and contractual management of a number of projects, supporting their successful financial and commercial delivery from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of the commercial performance of assigned projects
• Managing costs, budgets, valuations and financial reporting
• Supporting contract administration and commercial management
• Managing variations, change and commercial risk
• Working closely with project and delivery teams
• Monitoring project performance and identifying commercial opportunities
• Supporting the successful completion and close-out of projects
• Acting as a key commercial point of contact for your assigned projects

About You

We’re looking for Quantity Surveyors who can demonstrate:

• Strong commercial and contractual experience
• Previous experience within the construction or built environment sector
• Experience managing multiple projects or work packages
• Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• MRICS or equivalent professional experience
• Valid CSCS certification
