Wellbeing & Activities Assistant — Resident Engagement

Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Wellbeing and Activities Assistant for Elton House Care Home in Watford. You will support the Wellbeing Coordinator by delivering a range of activities to engage residents physically, cognitively and socially, in a caring, respectful environment.

The role requires weekend availability and a commitment to our values of care, compassion and collaboration, with DBS disclosure conducted at the employer’s cost and eligibility to work in the UK.
