Facilities Management Data Transformation Lead

Location: Stevenage, Bristol OR Bolton (1-2 days per week onsite)

Duration: 12 month initial contract

Rate: £60-£70ph UMB (Inside IR35)

Role details:

We are looking for an experienced FM Data Transformation Lead to drive a Facilities Management Data & Reporting Transformation Programme. You will lead the delivery of a trusted, governed and sustainable data capability, improving reporting, KPI management and decision‑making across FM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end‑to‑end FM Data & Reporting Transformation Programme.
• Establish data governance, ownership, quality standards and KPI frameworks.
• Define and implement a central FM data model and reporting architecture.
• Rationalise existing reporting and develop Power BI dashboards and performance reporting.
• Manage stakeholders across FM, technical teams and service providers.
• Oversee testing, implementation, adoption and transition into BAU.

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience delivering data, BI or reporting transformation programmes.
• Strong background in data governance, KPI frameworks and data quality management.
• Excellent Power BI and reporting expertise.
• Knowledge of data modelling, integration and reporting architecture.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and programme management skills.
• Experience leading implementation, UAT and knowledge transfer activities.

Desirable Experience:

• Facilities Management, workplace, property or asset management environments.
• IWMS/CAFM platforms, including Planon.
• Experience with outsourced FM providers.
• Microsoft data and BI technologies.
• Regulated or security‑conscious environments.
