NPD Product Development Exec – Furniture, Hybrid

Strive Supply Chain Services Ltd seeks an NPD Product Development Exec to manage the entire NPD pipeline from approved concept through launch. The role is hybrid (Stevenage) with a 3/2 split, coordinating with manufacturing partners in China to hit critical milestones and ensure timely delivery of samples, specs and launch materials.

You will maintain a rolling product development pipeline, coordinate prototypes and approvals, and provide stakeholders with clear updates on progress and risks.
