Strategic Employee Benefits Client Partner

Isio is seeking an experienced Client Manager to own end-to-end relationships for its Employee Benefits clients. You will act as trusted adviser, shape long-term account strategy, drive revenue growth, and ensure an exceptional client experience across the journey.

You will coordinate EB teams, develop reward strategies, and expand client relationships while maintaining knowledge of Isio’s services, including design, wellbeing, DC pensions, benefits technology and engagement.
