Helpdesk Administrator | CAFM & Maintenance Support

1st Step Solutions Ltd is seeking a Helpdesk Administrator in Wythenshawe, Manchester for a 12-month contract. This full-time office-based role supports maintenance services and day-to-day activities, handling mail, phone inquiries and data records.

You will own and update the CAFM system, liaise with subcontractors and operations staff, and promote excellent customer service to internal and external customers and partners.
