Job Description:
VRS in Scotland is seeking a Principal/Senior Development Scientist to lead the development of next-generation diagnostic assays and biosensor technologies. You will drive scientific strategy and mentor a team of R&D scientists from concept through to commercialisation.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, extensive industrial R&D experience in biosensors or life sciences, and strong expertise in electrochemical sensing, GLP, and collaborative leadership.
