College Systems Support & Training Specialist

Yorkshire Education Group is seeking a Systems Support Officer to join the Business Systems team at Wakefield. You will support, administer, and develop College business systems and applications, and train users in their effective operation.

You will assist staff and students with the College’s VLE and eLearning technology, providing analysis and advice to improve business processes and system reliability. A methodical, communicative, and proactive approach is essential.
