Employment Solicitor (1–3 PQE) – Hybrid, Bristol

Ruth Wagstaff Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Employment Solicitor in Bristol to join a busy Employment team. The role covers contentious and non-contentious matters with exposure to high-quality employer and employee work in a supportive environment.

You will manage a varied caseload, advise on dismissal, discrimination, redundancy and TUPE, draft contracts and policies, and handle Employment Tribunal claims from instruction to hearing.
