Customer Experience Advisor – Automotive Repair

Motofix Group is seeking a friendly Customer Service Advisor to be the public face of our repair centres across the Home Counties. You will provide professional support, guiding customers through their repair journey and ensuring a seamless experience across phone, email and in person.

The role requires initiative, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Salary up to £31,041 per annum (inc Saturday rota), 45-hour weeks, and 1:4 Saturday rota, plus 30 days
