Store Team Lead — Part-Time, Flexible Hours

Co-op Digital is seeking a Customer Team Leader to oversee day‑to‑day store operations in Willand, with 16 hours per week plus overtime. The role involves leading a shift, coaching the team, and performing tills and merchandising tasks to drive excellent service.
