Director of Deployment Engineering & Platform Reliability

Nscale is seeking a Deployment Engineering Director in Greater London to lead and scale a high-performing engineering team responsible for core platform systems. You will drive multi-quarter platform initiatives to improve delivery velocity, reliability, and product quality through systems validation.

You will partner with Product Management and other engineering teams to evolve the platform as a product, balancing long-term architecture with near-term business needs.
