Operations & Compliance Leader — Continuous Improvement

Saab UK is seeking an Operations Manager for the Bedford/BlueBear operations, coordinating governance, compliance, trials and business support across the organisation. You will drive process standardisation, track KPIs and ensure alignment with Saab UK objectives.

The role requires direct experience in quality systems, risk management and change leadership within the defence sector, with NSS clearance to SC level or the ability to obtain it.
