Secure Education Teaching Assistant – 1:1 & Small Groups

Protocol Education Ltd in Morpeth is seeking Teaching Assistants and Support Workers to support young people in a specialist children’s secure unit, helping them access education and develop essential skills in a structured setting.

You will work closely with teaching and care teams, providing 1:1 and small-group support, reinforcing learning, behaviour management and emotional regulation to help learners progress.
