Weekend FOH Supervisor

The Salad Project | £14 per hour. We’re looking for a confident and energetic FOH Supervisor to join The Salad Project. This is a weekend-only role, working 20 hours per week. .

Your Role

• Lead one service per day and support the restaurant manager.
• Manage and support team members during service.
• Maintain high service, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Help improve service processes and store operations.
• Ensure the team delivers a positive customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of hospitality team leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Positive, energetic, and confident leadership style.
• Ability to stay calm and resolve issues during busy services.
• Reliable and punctual.
