Property Lawyer – Hybrid (Stockport) Real Estate Expert

CRA Consulting is recruiting a Property Lawyer for a Stockport-based council. The role is hybrid, combining Stockport office presence with remote work, on a 12-month locum contract.

You will advise on a broad property portfolio, including acquisitions, disposals and estate management, while collaborating with departments, Members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE and strong real estate experience, ideally with local authority exposure
