Line Cook & Junior Chef de Partie — Bold American Diner

Center Parcs group at Longleat Forest is seeking a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie for Huck’s American Bar and Grill. You will prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards and supervise Kitchen Assistants.

This full‑time role runs 4pm–10pm, with shifts between 11am and 11pm and a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You will help manage kitchen operations in the absence of a Kitchen Manager and support menu development.
