Debt & Revenue Protection Lead — Field-Based (Oxford & Reading)

British Gas seeks a Senior Debt & Revenue Protection Officer to prevent, detect and investigate welfare concerns and energy theft across our residential and business portfolios. The role combines field visits with home-based work to secure payments and safeguard customers.

You will assess circumstances, present options, and coordinate with customers to find sustainable resolutions. A valid driving licence is required and a company car or car allowance applies.
