Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker to work with a private client in Devon for their rehabilitation inpatient service. This full-time locum position is based in Devon, with proposed working hours of Monday to Friday 0900 til 1700.

The role is set to begin ASAP and will last for 1 Months initially offering an hourly rate of £30.92 Per Hour Please note that this position is inside IR35

As a Social Worker you will be:

• Lone working
• Work closely with other MDT members
• Write and complete statutory reports (CPA, MH) within specified timelines
• Work with families, creating a therapeutic and professional relationship beneficial to the patient
• Referring to LADO and Local Authority in line with safeguarding and assessments
• Educating hospital staff about relevant safeguarding matters
• Completing a full annual social care reassessment within the CPA format
• Facilitating access to welfare rights, housing, advocacy services and associated support services
• Participating in 1:1 supervision

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Social Work degree
• Experience within a similar environment
• Experience working with vulnerable adults
