Children’s Support Worker – Travel Between Devon Sites

Blue Elephant Herd is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our North Devon homes in Barnstaple, Bideford and Torrington. You will help create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for children, supporting their wellbeing and development.

No prior experience or formal qualifications are required, though empathy and reliability are valued. The role requires a full UK driving licence for travel between care locations across Devon.
