City Rooms is seeking an experienced multi-skilled maintenance operative to manage a portfolio of London HMOs. You will handle day-to-day reactive maintenance alongside small projects across multiple properties.
Based in Stepney Green with daily travel, the role is Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00, with a company van and tools provided. Core trades include carpentry, painting and basic plumbing/electrics; a full UK driving licence is essential.
