Head of Sales – Serviced Offices (London) | Equity & Growth

One Avenue Group in London is seeking a Head of Sales to own the Serviced Offices market: cultivate relationships with brokers, drive hospitality, and run industry-leading events that the operator brokers call first.

The role leads the sales team across seven central London centres, sets pricing and yield strategy, signs off every deal, and reports to the Commercial Director, with a clear path to that seat for the right candidate. Base £80,000–£85,000 plus commission; £110,000 OTE.
