Cameron Clarke Associates t/a talent-finder in Swindon is seeking a Legal Property Assistant to support the Residential & Commercial Solicitor in a busy property department. The role covers file opening, due diligence, SDLT, and post-completion matters, with scope to develop into a senior conveyancing role.

The ideal candidate has residential conveyancing experience, strong organisational skills, and can manage a caseload with limited supervision in a friendly, office-based environment.
